###Binary clock

This is an implementation of the [binary-coded decimal clocks](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_clock#Binary-coded_decimal_clocks).

It has two parameters:
- `bcd=yes` shows digits in [binary-coded decimal](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary-coded_decimal)
- `clock=yes` shows decimal digits
